Joshua Nelson
Principal
Since the Company’s inception in 1990, Joshua
has completed over 175 financial advisory assignments including several long-standing engagements, serving as the strategic
planner and senior financial manager for a number of NBFC's clients. Clients include early stage businesses, mature growth
companies, acquisitions, divestitures, and turnarounds. Industries served to date include manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers,
automobile dealerships, communications businesses, service businesses, software companies, technology companies, construction
companies, ag businesses, a winery, and a professional sports team. He has also taught business planning seminars for
the Small Business Development Center at the College of Lake County. Prior to founding NBFC, Joshua served as the
Financial Controller for WCFC-TV and spent two years in marketing and sales. "What CEOs and business owners really
